Option 2: Didn’t Get Your Tracking Info?
No problem! If it's been more than 3 business days and you haven’t received an email:

⏱️ When Will My Order Arrive?

  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days
  • USA & Canada Shipping: 5–7 business days
  • International Shipping: 7–14 business days

Delays may occur during holidays or due to customs for international shipments.


Common Tracking Questions

Q: My tracking shows “Label Created” but no movement. Why?
A: This means your package is ready and awaiting pickup by the carrier. Please allow 24–48 hours for updates.

Q: My tracking hasn’t updated in a few days.
A: Carriers sometimes miss scans. If it hasn’t moved in 5+ business days, contact us and we’ll look into it.

Q: My package says “Delivered” but I didn’t get it.
A: Double-check with neighbours or your local post office. If it's still missing, contact our support team immediately.
